Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days from the date your order was received (not including weekends and holidays). Pre-orders are shipped 3-7 business days after launch date.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with your tracking number you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you do not receive your order within 7 days of receiving shipping information, please contact us at Hello@CandenWebb.com.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us @Hello@CandenWebb.com with your order number and a photo of the item's condition.
